Robert Simmons introduced new NATO Liaison Officer for South Caucasus PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian met September 25 with NATO's Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Central Asia, Mr Robert Simmons.



Mr Simmons said the main purpose of his visit is to introduce newly appointed NATO Liaison Officer for South Caucasus, Mr Zbigniew Rybacki



The parties discussed the NATO-Armenia IPAP implementation and regional security, including the NATO-Russia dialogue and the Alliance's peacekeeping missions.



By Mr Simmons' request, Vartan Oskanian briefed on the Karabakh peaceful process.
