CIS and CSTO Foreign Ministers to meet in Dushanbe October 4September 28, 2007 - 20:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The CIS and CSTO Foreign Ministers will meet in Dushanbe October 4. The agenda includes some 20 items. Special attention will be given to the draft Concept of Commonwealth Development and plans for its implementation. The Ministers will also attend to migration policy, draft agreement on education and struggle against crime.Marking the 15th anniversary of conclusion of the Collective Security Treaty and 5 years since formation of the Organization, the Ministers will exchange views on CSTO priorities, consider peacekeeping activities and formation of coordination committee on emergency situations. They will also discuss military building, improvement of military-economic cooperation and delivery of armament for law enforcement of CSTO member states at reduced prices, ITAR-TASS reports.
