UK expert marked common factors in Kosovo and Karabakh conflicts

PanARMENIAN.Net - Kosovo is overcoming the consequences of the military campaign launched by NATO and Europe. This fact burdens both with certain responsibility," said Mr Dennis Sammut, Executive Director of LINKS and Director of the Political Strand of the Consortium Initiative.

There are two common factors for resolving all kinds of conflicts, according to him.

"First, any conflict should be resolved via talks. Second, any decision should be compromise. Speaking figuratively, we cannot say the decision will be black or white. All proposals on Kosovo are gray. The same story is with Nagorno Karabakh. The whole scope of opinions should be taken into account to resolve the conflict," Dennis Sammut said.
