Recognition of historical truth cannot be harmful for U.S.-Turkey bilateral relations, said President Kocharian, currently in Brussels. He noted that despite the tension that emerged after France's recognition of the Armenian Genocide, the Turkish-French commodity turnover increased 1.5 times during a year.
