BSEC FM session opens in Ankara

PanARMENIAN.Net - October 25, Turkish President Abdullah Gul opened the 17th session of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation in Ankara. The session is held under presidency of Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan.



Armenia is represented by Deputy FM Arman Kirakossian, Azerbaijan - by Deputy FM Mahmud Mamedkuliyev and Georgia - by FM Gela Bezhuashvili.



Georgian parliament Speaker Nino Burjanadze occupies the post of President of the BSEC Parliamentary Assembly. 14 observers along with officials from Foreign Ministries of Turkey, Greece, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Serbia, Albania and Moldavia are taking part in the event.



After signature of resulting Ankara Declaration, Ukraine will assume the BSEC presidency.
