Iran: Armenia, Azerbaijan shouldn't let foreigners meddle in Karabakh issue

PanARMENIAN.Net - Iran has expressed hope that Armenia and Azerbaijan won't permit "third parties and foreigners" to interfere in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehghan at a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov called for a peaceful settlement of the conflict.

Dehghan further said that there is no room for a new crisis in the region, which is already plagued with lack of security and terrorism.

The two ministerswere meeting in Tehran.
