Frozen conflict resolution issue included in BSEC Declaration

PanARMENIAN.Net - The issue of resolution of frozen conflicts hampering cooperation between the states of the Black Sea region was included in the Ankara Declaration adopted by Foreign Ministers of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. The Declaration records Azerbaijan position "calling on the BSEC member states to react to Armenia's aggressive policy towards Azerbaijan."
