Khachaturov now serves as the secretary general of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and is the former Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
