Armenia ranks 2 in Eurovision Junior 2007

PanARMENIAN.Net - Arevik (Sun) Armenian group ranked second at Eurovision Junior 2007 Song Contest. Falling behind Belarus' Alexey Zhigalkovich with 1 point, Arevik scored 136.



Eurovision Junior Armenia's first-timer Arevik received the highest 12 point from 7 out of 17 countries - Belgium, the Netherlands, Georgia, Cyprus, Russia, Romania and Ukraine - for their song Yerazanq (Dream).



The contest brought together young singers from 17 countries. In addition to 10 thousand live audience, over 30 million tuned in to watch the show.
