Passenger traffic in Armenian airports continues to grow

PanARMENIAN.Net - Passenger traffic in two Armenian airports grew by 29,3% in the first six months of 2017 against the same period last year.

According to the General Department of Civil Aviation, 1,094,007 passengers used the services of the two airports.

Passenger traffic grew by 26.1% in Yerevan’s Zvartnots airport and by 402.1% in Shirak airport in Gyumri in the reporting period.

Increasingly more and more people are using the services of Armenian airports, with newer air carriers flying to and from Armenia.
