  NKR leadership completely informed about negotiation processJanuary 17, 2008 - 17:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Minsk Group has always provided complete information on the negotiation process to the leadership of Nagorno Karabakh, French Co-chair Bernard Fassier said in Yerevan. "There is no necessity in bringing the Karabakhi side back to the talks. In 1998 when Robert Kocharian was elected President, we decided that Armenia will represent Karabakh at the negotiations. Presently, change of format is inexpedient. Any change will take lots of time," the French diplomat said.
