Rupel: Kosovo phenomenon unique

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Kosovo phenomenon is unique and can't be eyed as precedent for conflicts within Georgia, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel told reporters in Tbilisi today.



"We have repeatedly stated that the Kosovo phenomenon is unique and can't be viewed as precedent. I do not see any connection between Kosovo and Georgia's inner conflicts in Abkhazia and South Ossetia," Mr Rupel said, Novosti Georgia reports.
