The conference will be attended by Georgia's President Mikheil Saakashvii, Moldovan President Vladimir Voronin, NATO Sec. Gen. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer and other top officials. February 13-14, Vartan Oskanian will take part in the meeting of EU Foreign Ministers in Kyev.
