  Mitq: Karabakh and Armenia should recognize Kosovo independenceFebruary 18, 2008 - 17:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Although proclamation of Kosovo's independence was quite predictable, Foreign Ministries of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh were not ready for it, said a statement issued by Mitq analytical center.According to Mitq experts, Karabakh and Armenia should recognize Kosovo's independence. "Besides, we think that the NKR government should raise the issue of independence and the territories under its control in the UN Security Council This historical moment offers a golden opportunity for the Karabakh process," the statement reads.
