  Conduction of fair election to encourage Armenia-U.S. relationsFebruary 26, 2008 - 18:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Caucus Joe Knollenberg (R-MI) and Frank Pallone (D-NJ), cochairmen of the Congressional Caucus on Armenian Issues, congratulated Serzh Sargsyan on election President of Armenia.The letter says, in part, "We congratulate you on victory in the February 19 presidential election. Armenia keeps on demonstrating willingness to hold free and fair election. Conduction of a fair election will give an impetus to the Armenia-U.S. relations and improve the image of the country," the RA government's press office said.
