Azerbaijan’s crossborder fire leaves Karabakh soldier dead

PanARMENIAN.Net - An Armenian soldier of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) army, Hayk Kalantaryan (b. 1998) was killed in Azerbaijan's crossborder fire on Wednesday, February 7, at around 1:50pm.

An investigation into the details of the incident is underway, the Defense Army said in a statement.

The OSCE mission conducted a planned monitoring of the contact line on Tuesday. No ceasefire violations were registered then.
