  Oskanian to attend CIS Foreign Ministers meetingMarch 24, 2008 - 12:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 28, Armenia's Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian will depart for Moscow to attend a meeting of CIS Foreign Ministers, RA MFA acting spokesman Tigran Balayan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter."We have received no proposal for a meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers," he said.
