Concerned about stability and security in the region, we should propose EU outlook to both Kosovo and Serbia," he said. For his part, Mr Karamanlis said Greece would support all bids if the essential commitments are fulfilled by the aspirant countries, the AP reports. Meanwhile, on April 7, Kosovo's parliament will vote on the Constitution. The breakaway province of Kosovo proclaimed independence from Serbia on February 17.
