According to the agenda, the meeting of heads of government will take place in Moscow on May 23 while the Foreign Ministers will next gather in Bishkek on September 25. The Council of Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization gathered Friday to consider military and political situation in the CSTO responsibility zone as well as CSTO cooperation with UN, OSCE and other organizations. Touching upon Azerbaijani resolution on Karabakh, Minister Oskanian said that the non-biding resolution testified of Azerbaijan's intention to refuse the document at the table. "Armenia is concerned that the UN failed to develop a common position on the resolution. Those who supported it, actually spoke out against continuation of talks," he said.
