Arman Melikyan: there is nothing horrible in extra parliamentary electionApril 8, 2008 - 16:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - There is nothing horrible in conduction of extra parliamentary election but it should not be an end in itself, former presidential hopeful Arman Melikyan told a news conference today. All political forces should engage in organization of extra elections, according to him. Characterizing the political coalition and government as transitional, he said the most important task for them will be establishment of atmosphere of trust and consent within the society. Earlier, Armenia's outgoing President Robert Kocharian said there will be no pre-term parliamentary election in Armenia. "Demanding extra parliamentary election is absurd," he said.
