  Oskanian won't be in new government April 9, 2008 - 21:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian said he will not enter the new government."I will go on working and will try to make contributions to the development of our country. But I have numerously that 10 years is too long to be in the same office. I am not tired but I need a refresh," he said. Inauguration of Armenia's President-elect Serzh Sargsyan took place in Yerevan today. According to the RA Constitution, the President accepts the government's resignation on the day he assumes the office. The head of state appoints Prime Minister within 10 days. The new government is formed within 20 days after the appointment of Prime Minister. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
