  RA President appoints Ministers of Culture, Education and Urban DevelopmentApril 18, 2008 - 14:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's President Serzh Sargsyan signed decrees on appointment of Hasmik Poghosyan Minister of Culture, Levon Mkrtchyan Minister of Education and Vardan Vardanyan Minister of Urban Development, the RA leader's press office reported.
