U.S. Senate: Ukraine, Georgia to be admitted to NATO

PanARMENIAN.Net - The U.S. Senate approved a resolution in support to Ukraine and Georgia's accession to NATO. The Senators called on the Alliance's Foreign Ministers to give green light to the countries' bids for MAP.



Eight Senators, including three presidential hopefuls - Democrats Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton as well as Republican John McCain - supported the declaration, LigaBusinessInform reports.
