RA President: Artsakhi people won right to independence

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan received Tuesday Bulgaria's Ambassador to Armenia Todor Marinov Staikov, the presidential press office reported.



The diplomat conveyed Bulgaria's President Georgi Parvanov's offer to visit his country.



The parties stressed the importance of strengthening bilateral relations and collaboration in the economic field. Necessity of soonest formation of a joint intergovernmental commission was also noted.



President Sargsyan and Ambassador Staikov referred to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process and Azerbaijan's warlike rhetoric despite commitments to resolve all problems peacefully.



"Artsakh has won the right to independent and free life. It's impossible to ignore the people's right self-determination.
