Jacques Chirac congratulated Edward Nalbandian on appointment RA Foreign Minister

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received a congratulatory message from France's former President Jacques Chirac.



The message says, in part, "I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the appointment as Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia. This appointment is a tribute to your talent I had the chance to appreciate when you served as Armenia's Ambassador to France."



Mr Chirac also praised Minister Nalbandian for his contribution to the development of the French-Armenian relations, the RA MA press office reported.
