The sides do not intend to develop new proposals. However, Azerbaijan should also be ready to continue talks," Edward Nalbandian told a news conference in Yerevan. "The Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process is very complicated and I would not like international organizations or persons concerned to interfere.
