Draft bill "On Defense" considered by RA government

PanARMENIAN.Net - "The program envisages army reforms, adoption of the law "On Defense" and limited implementation of contractual system. We intend to modernize the defense technologies, specifically the devices meant for improvement of communication between the military units. We also cooperate with the companies dealing with repair of roads in 26 near-border regions of Armenia, which have strategic importance," Seyran Ohanyan told a news conference in Yerevan.



The draft bill "On Defense" is being considered by the government, according to him.



"After consideration and approval by the government, the draft will be submitted to the parliament," he said, adding that the program also highlights improvement of living conditions of the families of killed servicemen.
