Armenian President off to MoscowJune 23, 2008 - 14:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On invitation of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan is departing for Moscow on a formal 2-day visit today.Serzh Sargsyan will meet with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, Federation Council Chairman Sergei Mironov and State Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov. The Armenian President is also expected to lay a wreath to the Unknown Soldier's Tomb and meet with representatives of the Armenian community. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
