Seismic Service refutes reports on looming earthquake in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Ministry of Emergency Situations has refuted media publications alleging that a major earthquake will hit Armenia in the near future.

According to the Seismic Protection Territorial Service, there is no basis for disseminating such information.

The Ministry says such news stories emerge on the Internet quite often to spread panic among the public.
