  Iran's Rouhani congratulates Pashinyan on appointment as PM January 15, 2019 - 10:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has sent a message to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to congratulate on his re-appointment as the head of the government. In a message Monday, January 14, Rouhani expressed hope that relations between the two countries in bilateral, regional and international formats would further develop. He also wished health and success to Pashinyan, as well as prosperity and felicity to the Armenian nation. Earlier on Monday, Putin congratulated Pashinyan and said relations with Armenia are based on traditions of friendship and mutual respect, with both countries having gained considerable experience in fruitful cooperation in various fields.
