  RA MFA to further contribute to development of NKR diplomacyJuly 23, 2008 - 19:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia MFA delegation led by Deputy Foreign Minister Arman Kirakossian attended a solemn session dedicated to 15th anniversary of the NKR Foreign Ministry to congratulate Artsakhi counterparts on the occasion, the RA MFA press office told PanARMENIAN.Net "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic was formed in hard times but now it's a full-fledged structure. The Armenian MFA will further contribute to development of NKR diplomacy," Mr Kirakossian said. The Armenian delegation also attended the ceremony of unveiling of the monument to the heroes of Artsakh liberation war.
