Goran Lennmarker to be appointed OSCE PA Special Representative for KarabakhJuly 24, 2008 - 14:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Former President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Mr Goran Lennmarker will be appointed as the Assembly's Special Representative on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Director of Communications at the International Secretariat of the OSCE, Klas Bergman told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. The decision was taken by President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Mr Joao Soares. Earlier, Mr Lennmarker served as OSCE co-rapproteur on Nagorno Karabakh. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
