ArmenTel Staff Training Center is the first company in VympelCom's infrastructure that was conferred the status of a university," Galina Votonetskaya told a news conference today. "The status is an honor for us. Change of corporative trends has the purpose to make ArmenTel services convenient and acceptable for our subscribers.
