  Karabakh problem should have logical and diplomatic settlementJuly 29, 2008 - 20:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan said the Karabakh issue should have a logical and diplomatic settlement. "The bellicose campaign was launched in Azerbaijan in 1980-ies. This country has once tried to resolve the conflict by use of force. Now, the problem is awaiting a diplomatic settlement," the Minister said. "Armenian people show unity in danger but don't use peaceful time efficient enough to prepare for future challenges. The menace is growing. Turkey has an army at the border with Armenia. Azerbaijan doesn't stop its warlike rhetoric and distorts historical facts," he said, Novosti Armenia reports.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
