"However, Azerbaijan is concerned over some details. Our final decision on joining the Pact will be announced after a discussion," Elmar Mammadyarov said. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan initiated the Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform after Georgia's intrusion into South Ossetia. The issue has been already considered in Yerevan with Turkish presidential envoy Unal Cevikoz. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said Yerevan is willing to discuss the initiative. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
