"Paradoxically, today, chances for resolution of the conflict are more than before the Georgian conflict," Gabriel Keller said. "The South Caucasus countries realized their weakness and their dependence on the regional context, as well as unfeasibility of a military solution. The Minsk Group initiatives have more chances to produce effect now.
