  Seyran Ohanyan to attend CIS Defense Ministers Council meetingOctober 13, 2008 - 18:47 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A delegation led by Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan will depart for Saint Petersburg on Tuesday to attend a regular meeting of the Council of CIS Defense Ministers due on October 15, the RA Defense Minister's spokesman, col. Seyran Shahsuvaryan told PanARMENIAN.Net The Defense Ministers are expected to sign an action plan for 2009.
