"The South Ossetian events proved that conflicts can't be resolved by use of force," said Stephen Reich, head of the Germany-South Caucasus working group on interparliamentary cooperation. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit.
