Russian-Armenian relations will improve

PanARMENIAN.Net - Relations between Armenia and Russia can't but improve, RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian told a news conference today.



"Any change in these relations is meant to strengthen and improve them," he said, adding that the Russian President's visit to Yerevan corroborated strategic and partner relations between the two states.
