  Russia to inaugurate cultural center in ArmeniaOctober 31, 2008 - 14:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia is planning to establish cultural centers in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Moldova, Russian Foreign Minister said."We will inaugurate cultural centers in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Moldova as well as dozens of centers in other foreign countries," Sergei Lavrov said Friday during the World Congress of Compatriots in Moscow, RIA Novosti reports.
