ARMENIAN PRESIDENT TO BE PRESENT AT ARMENIAN-RUSSIAN JOINT MILITARY EXERCISESAugust 6, 2002 - 20:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian will be present at the Armenian-Russian military exercises to be held August 9 on a training ground near Armenian Gyumri town. As it is known, all types of the Republic of Armenia armed forces, as well as Russian armed forces detachments stationed in Armenia will participate in the maneuvers. Deputy defense minister of Armenia lieutenant general Manvel Grigorian will be in charge of the tactical maneuvers. The overall direction will be carried out by colonel general Mikayel Harutyunian.
