Baku distorts principles of Moscow declarationNovember 19, 2008 - 16:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In the framework of formal visit to Lithuania, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian attended Vilnius University to meet with rector Benediktas Juodka and discuss possibilities to establish ties between Yerevan and Vilnius Universities.
