There were no warplanes, all the more Azeri, above Stepanakert," head of the information and propaganda division at NKR Defense Ministry, colonel lieutenant Senor Hasratyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. Meanwhile, a source from Stepanakert told PanARMENIAN.Net this morning that two warplanes flew above the NKR capital. "People were scared and took them for Azeri jets," the source said.
