  Babacan going to Baku to discuss Karabakh problemNovember 25, 2008 - 18:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be in focus of the talks Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan will hold in Baku. The Turkish Foreign Minister is scheduled to be in Azerbaijan on November 30 and December 1 to meet with a number of Azeri high-ranking officials, Trend Azeri news agency reports. The Karabakh process was considered by Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian and his Turkish counterpart during their yesterday's meeting in Istanbul. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
