  Sahakyan, Smbatyan discuss Karabakh-Armenia relationsDecember 3, 2008 - 18:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met Wednesday in Moscow with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation Armen Smbatyan, to discuss foreign policy and bilateral ties, the Central information department of the office of the NKR President told PanARMENIAN.Net On the same day Mr. Sahakyan held meetings with entrepreneurs and philanthropists Ashot Khachatryan and Gennady Stepanyan and discussed with them issues related to the launching of construction activities of a new complex of the republican maternity hospital in capital Stepanakert.
