Armenia postpones ArmHiTec-2020 arms expo

PanARMENIAN.Net - ArmHiTec-2020, the third edition of an international arms and defense technology has been postponed because of the coronavirus.

The event was scheduled for March 26-28 in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia.

Head of Defense Ministry’s public relations department Gevorg Altunyan told Aysor.am that the exhibition has been postponed till fall.

Armenia has so far reported six cases of coronavirus, who are all hospitalized in Nork Republican Infectious Clinical Hospital. More than 80 people who had been in close contact with the patients have been isolated in a five-star hotel in the ski resort town of Tsaghkadzor.
