"The construction will be over in 2011. If Iran and Armenia agree to build a link, direct communication will be establishment between Kazakhstan and Armenia. Given Russia's interest in the project, I think it will be implemented," said Kartay Khairov, advisor on economy at the Kazakh Embassy in Yerevan.
