The Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe was established at the Sarajevo Summit on 30 July 1999. The Stability Pact is based on the definition of "security" in a broader sense, with the objective to ensure human security that will comprise not only the traditional security-and-defense point of view but also social and economic security and welfare. Organizationally, the Stability Pact is designed as a Regional Table comprising three Working Tables: Democratization and Human Rights, Economic Reconstruction and Development, and Security Issues. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
