Iran, Armenia successfully cooperate in various fields

PanARMENIAN.Net - Iran and Armenia were successfully developing relations in various fields in 2008, says the annual reports issued by the Armenian Foreign Ministry.



Armenian delegation led by Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian was in Tehran in September on invitation of Iranian FM Manouchehr Mottaki. RA National Security Council Secretary visited Tehran in November, the report says.



Construction of the second segment of the Iran-Armenia gas pipeline was completed in late November.



Yerevan and Tehran signed a memorandum of understanding in December 2008, the report says.
