  "Armament delivery to Armenia" issue settled, Russian MFA saysJanuary 21, 2009 - 20:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Minister counselor of Azerbaijani Embassy in Moscow was Wednesday handed a note of the Russian Foreign Ministry, which says that Russia did not deliver military hardware to Armenia. "The information disseminated by the Azeri media is untrue and damaged the Russian-Azerbaijani relations. The Russian Defense Ministry didn't gift or sell military hardware to Armenia.
